What you will do

• Advising the operational and functional departments in all areas of law (intermediary payment, advertising, e-commercial, competition, IT, IP, data privacy, employment, etc.);
• Drafting, reviewing contracts, and supporting the business on post-contract-related matters arising from collaborations, partnerships, dealerships, customers, and/or procurement agreements;
• Supporting new business initiatives from a legal perspective, including licensing requirements (related to investment, establishment/modification of branches/business locations, corporate matters, etc.);
• Develop legal awareness, deliver training, provide legal advice, guidance, and assistance in customer claims, and maintain legal standards and compliance with applicable laws;
• Monitor and track regulatory news and developments and analyze their impact on the industry & business of the company;
• Support to conduct internal audits and assessments to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards;
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by Line Manager.

What you will need

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law;
• Experience & Knowledge: 2-3 years working experience as a Team Leader (e-commerce, fintech, finance & banking is preferable);
• Skills: 
• Ability to multitask, prioritize daily workload, and manage time effectively;
• Good sense of responsibility, mature, self-driven, and able to manage projects independently with minimum supervision;
• Languages: Good in Vietnamese and English, both written and spoken.
