MoMo is one of Vietnam’s very first tech unicorns and has recently transformed itself from an e-wallet to a financial app. As our brand is accelerating quickly, we are reforming and expanding our marketing team to prepare for the exciting journey ahead.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced brand strategist to join us. Our team is a well-blended mix of creative junkies, brand lovers, media performers, product developers, and number crunchers. Together, we hope to build the most unique and beloved tech brand in Vietnam. 
You will be joining a team of fun, young-at-heart, dynamic and fast-paced individuals who embrace growth. As a brand strategist, you will help drive our brand and brand extensions towards the next tipping point.  

Mô tả công việc

  • Stakeholder & Project Management
    • Collaborate closely with internal departments to translate business objectives into insightful and impactful communication strategies.
    • Be able to lead corporate communication projects to enhance corporate trust and brand image for MoMo, ensuring seamless synergy across offline and online channels. This includes everything from planning to execution, making sure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and achieve high effectiveness.
    • Create comprehensive content plans, from core messaging to suitable formats for various channels and target audiences.
    • Manage key Corporate Communication stakeholders, including media, regulators, and business partners.
  • Public Relations & Crisis Management
    • Establish and strengthen robust relationships with media outlets, key journalists, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure MoMo has a positive and powerful voice.
    • Proactively plan and execute Public Relations (PR) campaigns to position MoMo as a FinTech industry leader, building awareness and fostering brand love.
    • Write and edit high-quality communication materials, including press releases, speeches, PR articles, Q&As, and other critical documents for diverse target audiences.
    • Actively monitor public sentiment and be prepared to handle crisis communications swiftly, effectively, and professionally when necessary.
    • Coordinate with relevant parties to develop consistent messaging and manage brand reputation.
  • Leadership & Team Development
    • Be able to mentor & develop team members' capabilities, fostering teamwork and achieving common goals.
    • Ensure team members understand their objectives, plans, and roles within projects. 

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7-8 years of experience in communications, with at least 2 years in a leadership/team leader role or equivalent.
  • Solid experience & expertise in communication, including strategic thinking & planning, content planning, media relations, crisis management (a significant plus), and project management
  • Exceptional writing skills in both Vietnamese and English, with the ability to convey complex messages clearly and engagingly to diverse audiences.
  • Work Attitude:

    • Experience in fintech, utility apps, e-commerce platforms, financial services (banking, insurance, or credit), or lifestyle (travel or entertainment) is a plus.
    • Fluent proficiency in written and spoken English.
