Execute growth marketing campaigns for Gamification products and other marketing activities to directly and indirectly increase MEU/MAU, retention, donation conversion, and user overlap (game ↔ donation). Simultaneously, drive cross-growth with BU Services through gamification mechanics and bundling strategies.

  • Run acquisition / engagement / retention campaigns for gamified features (Piggy Bank, Piggy Walk, Lucky Spin…).
  • Design missions, challenges, and seasonal events to drive Play → Engage → Donate → Share.
  • Track MEU/MAU, retention, overlap, and donation metrics (BI / SQL); optimize timing, rewards, CTAs, placements.
  • Execute Donate-by-Purchase / CSR campaigns with NGOs, merchants, SMEs; ensure on-time delivery and measurable results.
  • Co-build cross-campaigns with Telco, QR, Insurance, Money Transfer; align KPIs and measure impact on BU growth.
  • Own KPIs: gamification MEU/MAU & retention uplift, player→donor / player→BU overlap rate, BU transaction uplift & ROI.
  • Support PR/Brand with campaign storytelling.
  • Collaborate with Product, Growth, Data, Design; share learnings and scale what works.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • 3–5 years in Growth / Campaign / Digital / Product Marketing, preferably in Gamification, Gaming, Fintech, E-commerce, or large-scale consumer apps.
  • Strong data mindset; comfortable with dashboards and Excel/Sheets. Basic SQL / BI is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of user behavior and multi-touchpoint journeys.
  • Able to design missions, offers, reward mechanics, and in-app placements that drive engagement and conversion.
  • Able to work cross-functionally and align multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong time management and structured reporting / documentation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or related fields.
  • Good English communication; TOEIC > 650 / IELTS ≥ 6.0 (or equivalent) is a plus.

  • Continuous learner; keeps up with marketing, gamification, tech, especially AI usage in growth.
