About the Role
As a Senior Software Engineer (Platform), you will build the core platform, experimentation systems, and foundational infrastructure that empower Data Science and Machine Learning teams across MoMo to move from research to production faster.
Your work will cover developer tooling, A/B testing infrastructure, ML platform components, and reliable platform services.
You will work closely with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to eliminate engineering bottlenecks, enable rigorous data-driven decision-making, and deliver a self-serve platform that turns algorithms into products efficiently.
- Self-serve ML platform services, feature stores, and experimentation / A/B testing infrastructure
- CI/CD, deployment pipelines, standard templates, and SDKs for data science workflows
- Platform reliability, feature flag evaluation latency, scalable data architecture, and cost optimization

Platform Development:
- Design and implement APIs: Develop secure, well-documented APIs that allow data scientists and data analysts to create and manage notebooks, Auto ML workflows and data monitors.
- Develop and monitor micro services: Develop model serving micro services and help monitoring service health and troubleshooting when needed.
- Develop scalable back-end systems: Build reliable, fault-tolerant back-end services capable of handling high user volumes while maintaining performance
- Co-develop Feature Flag and A/B Testing platform.
- Work with cross-functional teams: Data scientists, ML Engineer, Data Engineer.
- Participate in code reviews: Regularly review and provide feedback on team members' code to maintain code quality and improve team knowledge.
- Deliver features efficiently: Collaborate with team members to ensure rapid development and timely delivery of features, focusing on quality.
Yêu cầu công việc
Tech Stack:
- Core Technology: Python, Go, Java.
- Web Server: Spring Boot or Vert.x (both are good options).
- Databases: PostgreSQL, Redis, HBase (experience with any other database is a plus).
- Experience: Backend development (focusing on Python or Go is a plus).
- Skills: Strong knowledge of Python or Go, good algorithm mindset, and problem-solving.
- Mindset: Fast learner focused on fast delivery, able to deliver quickly in a high-demand environment.
- 3+ years of backend development focusing on Python or Go.
- Full stack web development
- Knowledge of microservices architecture.
- Experience with ML systems.
