Build and execute mass recruitment strategies for Sales Representatives to expand the distribution of MoMo products to business partners (merchants), focusing on Payment Notification Speakers. Ensure the quality of sales personnel with strong product knowledge, MoMo payment processes, and sales skills. Collaborate on developing and implementing comprehensive training programs for collaborators (CTV) to enable quick understanding and high performance.

1. Mass Recruitment of Sales Representatives:
  • Research and select suitable recruitment channels for a large volume of candidates (social media, forums, recruitment partners, job fairs, etc.).
  • Develop and implement creative recruitment campaigns to attract a large number of potential candidates.
  • Draft and post compelling, professional job descriptions on relevant channels.
  • Organize mass recruitment events (job fairs, open days) to reach a large candidate pool.
  • Screen applications and conduct effective group or individual interviews.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new collaborators.
  • Build and manage a database of potential candidates.
2. Training and Development of Sales Team:
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to develop detailed training programs on MoMo Wallet, payment flows, and Payment Notification Speaker product knowledge.
  • Directly participate in training, guiding sales representatives on processes, sales skills, and addressing queries.
  • Develop training materials and knowledge assessment tests for staff.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, proposing necessary improvements.
  • Organize coaching sessions and knowledge updates for sales representatives.

3. Performance Management and Relationship Maintenance with Sales Representatives:
  • Collaborate in monitoring sales representative KPIs to analyze performance results and propose timely rewards, motivation, or support.
  • Address inquiries and support sales representatives in resolving work-related issues.

4. Development of Recruitment and Training Communication Content:
  • Proactively propose ideas and develop engaging recruitment communication content suitable for each channel and candidate target group.
  • Support the creation of visually appealing and easy-to-understand training materials (videos, infographics, etc.).
  • Coordinate with the Marketing department to implement recruitment and training communication activities.

5. Other Tasks:
  • Participate in projects related to recruitment and sales force development.
  • Provide regular reports on recruitment status and collaborator performance.
  • Support Regional/Area management in managing regional assets and personnel to ensure departmental connection.
  • Perform other support tasks as required by management.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • College/University degree in Human Resources Management, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, with a priority for mass recruitment experience.
  • Understanding of online and offline recruitment channels, especially those for reaching a large volume of candidates (a significant advantage).
  • Experience in developing and implementing training programs.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
  • Good organizational, time management, and independent working skills.
  • Ability to work under high pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Preference for candidates with knowledge of Fintech, e-commerce, or electronic payment products.
  • Quick-witted, proactive, responsible, and highly motivated to learn.
