Senior - Product Executive, Payment Platform

We are looking for a Senior Product Executive to drive the execution and continuous improvement of our payment platform, including core payment flows (Wallet-to-Bank, Direct Debit), merchant systems, and internal operational tools.

This role goes beyond task execution — you will take ownership of key product areas, proactively identify issues, and drive solutions to improve system performance, reliability, and user experience.

You will work closely with Engineering, and Business teams to ensure high-quality delivery, strong operational performance, and scalable product systems.

Product Execution & Ownership

  • Take ownership of end-to-end execution for assigned product areas or initiatives;

  • Drive delivery timelines, proactively identify risks, and ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner;

  • Work closely with engineering teams to track progress, challenge assumptions, and ensure high-quality implementation;

  • Independently manage product backlog items and ensure alignment with overall product goals.

Problem Solving & Product Improvement

  • Analyze system performance (e.g., success rate, latency, pending rate) and identify root causes of issues;

  • Propose and drive improvements to enhance system reliability, scalability, and efficiency;

  • Collaborate with cross teams to refine solutions and ensure they are practical and impactful;

  • Continuously identify opportunities to optimize product flows, especially in payment and operational processes.

Product Development & Delivery

  • Lead requirement gathering, write clear and structured product documentation (PRDs, specs);

  • Work closely with engineering teams during development, testing (UAT/SIT), and release phases;

  • Ensure product releases meet quality standards and business expectations;

  • Support go-to-market activities and internal enablement when needed.

Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Monitor and analyze key product metrics (e.g., transaction success rate, latency, failure patterns);

  • Use data to identify trends, detect anomalies, and support product decisions;

  • Build or support dashboards and reports to improve visibility and control over product performance.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Act as a key bridge between Product, Engineering, Business Operations, Risk, and other stakeholders;

  • Proactively communicate progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders;

  • Support alignment across teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery;

  • Contribute to improving team processes, collaboration, and ways of working

The Must-Haves
  • 2–4 years of experience in Product, Business Analyst, or similar roles in tech or fintech;
  • Strong execution skills with proven ability to drive delivery and handle complex tasks independently;
  • Solid understanding of system flows, APIs, and technical concepts (experience working with engineers is required);
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to identify issues and drive improvements;
  • Good documentation and communication skills (English proficiency is a plus);
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The Good-to-Haves
  • Experience in payment systems, fintech, or financial services;
  • Experience working with performance metrics (latency, success rate, transaction flows);
  • Familiarity with data tools (SQL, dashboards, analytics platforms);
  • Experience in cross-functional project coordination;
  • Understanding of user experience (UX) and product design principles.
