Soundbox is one of MoMo’s most strategic initiatives to digitize Vietnam’s SME market, bringing real-time payment confirmation to millions of small businesses nationwide. As a Senior Product Executive for Soundbox, you will contribute directly to shaping how SMEs operate daily — from payment acceptance, device usage, onboarding, to building a more digital and efficient merchant ecosystem.
In this role, you will work across both software and hardware scopes, collaborating closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Hardware Partners, Operations, Sales, and E-commerce teams. You will support the end-to-end product lifecycle, from research, requirement definition, execution, to monitoring performance and driving optimizations.

1. Support Product Development – Hardware + Software
- Contribute to product vision and roadmap for Soundbox hardware and its supporting software ecosystem.
- Work with hardware partners on device specs, testing, firmware improvement and quality assurance.
- Build and refine flows for Soundbox ordering, activation, onboarding, and device management.
- Convert business needs and user insights into clear product requirements and user stories.
2. Build & Optimize Online Ordering for Soundbox
- Support the development of MoMo’s online channels for Soundbox purchasing.
- Define and refine user flows, pricing logic, UX details, and conversion funnels.
- Collaborate with Growth, Marketing teams to enhance adoption, reduce friction, and improve conversion.
3. Operations, Logistics & After-sales Excellence
- Work with Operations, CS, and Logistics teams to refine processes for fulfillment, activation, replacement, and warranty.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and propose product/feature enhancements to improve merchant experience.
4. Insights, Research & Performance Tracking
- Conduct merchant interviews, usability tests, and data deep-dives to uncover insights.
- Benchmark competitors, study market trends, and analyze device performance.
- Monitor key funnels and dashboards to identify issues/opportunities.
- Propose actionable plans to improve adoption, retention, and product usage.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Economics or any related field (required).
- 2–4 years of experience in product-related roles such as Product Owner, Business Analyst, Producer, or similar.
- Strong product development mindset: able to uncover user insights, identify and frame core problems, apply JTBD thinking, and translate findings into actionable requirements.
- Solid analytical skills; comfortable working with data, dashboards, funnels, and experimental results.
- Good planning, documentation, and cross-functional communication skills.
- Experience with hardware (POS, IoT devices, terminals) is a plus.
- Technical understanding or ability to work with engineers effectively is preferred.
