(Senior) - Product Executive, Customer Intelligence

We collaborate closely with product, business, and design teams to ensure that user-centric thinking drives decision-making across MoMo.
We are seeking a (Senior) Product Executive – Customer Intelligence who not only understands customer research and insights but also has a strong technical foundation to build, automate, and scale impactful internal products. This role bridges research, product, and engineering, empowering the CI team and cross-functional stakeholders with efficient platforms, dashboards, and data solutions that drive smarter, user-informed decisions.

As a (Senior) Product Executive – Customer Intelligence, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering internal products (tools, dashboards, platforms) that empower the organization to better understand user needs, behaviors, and motivations. This role acts as the bridge between customer research, technology, and product/business teams, ensuring that every solution is scalable, impactful, and user-centric.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Tool & Platform Development
Design, develop, and maintain internal tools, dashboards, and platforms that support research and insight generation.
Build automation pipelines to streamline data collection, processing, and reporting.
Apply programming (Python, Java, SQL) and web development skills to create scalable, user-friendly internal systems.
Data & Research Integration
Support research workflows with technical solutions that integrate quantitative data and qualitative insights.
Collaborate with Data, Product, and Business teams to ensure customer intelligence tools are aligned with organizational needs.
Process Innovation & Scaling
Turn manual research steps into automated workflows, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
Standardize frameworks, templates, and reusable modules for insight projects.
Support workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions to promote insight-driven, customer-centric practices across the company.
Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing
Partner with researchers, analysts, and designers to translate technical outputs into actionable business insights.
Contribute to workshops and training sessions, enabling wider adoption of internal CIOI tools across teams.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
Strong technical background: proficiency in SQL, Python, Java; experience with front-end or full-stack web development (React, Angular, or similar).
Familiarity with APIs, database design, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent).
1–3 years of experience in tool building, data engineering, or product-related technical support.
Experience in writing PRDs, managing backlogs, and working in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Passion for understanding users and building scalable, impactful products.
