- Technical platform owner for CDP (Customer Data Platform), Segmentation area. Work with Marketing team
- Develop and execute the roadmap for a Customer Data Platform (CDP), including feature development and improvement, integration with other systems, support for internal growth and marketing teams
- Define data management, data access and activation strategy. Leverage AI/ML capabilities to drive better targeting, segmentation and insights
- Work with the cross-functional teams from Business, Product to understand their use cases, help them run marketing initiatives more effectively
- Stay current, actively research new techniques and practices from the industry to apply to the platform.
Yêu cầu công việc
- 3+ years of experience at data-driven companies or institutions, you are familiar with the product development cycle and the roles that data plays.
- Experienced with data tools and platforms, either as a developer or as a user. You enjoy building technical products to elevate the work and productivity of your coworkers.
- Have good analytical skills, care deeply about business and product measurement.
- Exposure to AI/ML techniques is highly desirable.
- Have excellent communication and project management skills. You enjoy talking to people from different functions, understand their needs to address them.
- You are eager to learn, have strong ownership, and thrive in a fast-moving environment.
