What you will do

• Champion User-Centered Design: Conduct user research to deeply understand user needs and pain points. Translate those insights into innovative and effective UI/UX solutions that prioritize user satisfaction and business goals;
• Design, Iterate, Refine: Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes following MoMo’s Design System. Utilize user testing and data analysis to continuously iterate and refine your designs for optimal user experience;
• Design Systems Advocate: Champion the growth and adoption of MoMo’s Design System, ensuring design consistency and efficiency across all products;
• Collaborative Spirit: Partner effectively with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the design process. Clearly communicate design decisions and influence stakeholders based on user research and data-driven insights;
• Growth Focused: Own the UI/UX design for the growth team, including registration, login flows, and the new user onboarding experience. Ensure these elements are seamless and encourage user retention.

What you will need

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Senior UX/UI or Senior Product Designer;
• Proven track record of designing and shipping user-centric products;
• In-depth understanding and experience with Design Systems, Design Sprints, and Lean UX methodologies;
• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.;
• Mastery of various design techniques: wireframing, prototyping, UI asset creation;
• Familiarity with UX research methods: crazy 8s, user journey maps, empathy maps, etc.;
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
• Positive and proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn and provide constructive feedback.
