You'll lead MoMo's Global Payment Business vertical — the strategic product line powering our integrations with Apple, Google, ShopBack, Ant Group, and other global partners. You're not just managing a function, you're running a P&L.

Your Mandate:
- Lead the Global Payment Business vertical — own the Apple/Google partnerships, drive product integration, execute co-marketing, and deliver commercial P&L.
- Step into and expand the existing scope — inherit Apple/Google strategic relationships from day one, then grow your remit into Marketplace and Logistics over the following months.
What You'll Do:
Apple & Google — Strategic Partnership Ownership
- You'll be the primary owner of MoMo's most important global tech relationships. On the Apple side, that means leading Joint Funding Agreement negotiations, driving AMP direct integration, and executing the App2App defense strategy.
- On the Google side, you'll push forward the AP2 Protocol, Agentic Commerce initiatives, and Gift Card programs. These aren't account management relationships — they're long-term strategic bets you'll be steering.
Product Integration Leadership
- Own the end-to-end IAP integration roadmap.
- Work closely with Engineering to design and ship new payment flows, and partner with Risk and Compliance to keep policy alignment tight as the product evolves.
Co-Marketing — Design, Execute, Optimize
- Lead joint campaigns with Apple and Google from brief to results.
- You'll set the mechanics, optimize CAC and revenue per campaign, and build the co-fund structures that make brand partners want to invest alongside MoMo.
Growth Strategy & Commercial P&L
- Set the targets — MAU, GMV, revenue — and own the outcomes.
- Run the monthly performance review cadence, and actively drive MoMo payment penetration across App Store transactions.
Team Building & People Leadership
- Hire and develop a team of 5–7 ICs by Month 6, spanning Product, Partnership, and Growth. You're not just filling seats — you're building a high-performing unit with a clear development roadmap and a coaching culture.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- This role sits at the center of MoMo's ecosystem.
- You'll work regularly with Risk, Legal, Financial Services (Paylater source-of-funds), Marketing, ITC, and the CDO office — and represent the BU in cross-functional working groups where it matters.
Strategic Input to BU Direction
- Beyond your own vertical, you'll contribute to where the BU is heading — particularly on the Token Payment Products roadmap and the long-term Apple/Google strategy.
- Your perspective will shape decisions at the BU level, not just within your own team.

- 5+ years of leadership experience, including direct management of 5+ people.
- A track record of strategic thinking you can show — real cases, real outcomes.
- Hands-on mindset — you lead from the front, not the back.
- Fluent English — you'll be in the room with Apple and Google.
- A fast learner — you ramp in weeks, not months.
Nice to have:
- Experience in payments, fintech, or mobile platforms (Apple, Google).
- Background in e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok) or global partnerships.
- Prior work managing international commercial counterparts.
