This is a broad, hands-on role for a lawyer who enjoys solving complex problems, working closely with the business, and navigating issues that often sit at the intersection of law, technology, operations, risk, governance, and strategy.
The successful candidate will be expected to operate with a high degree of autonomy, take ownership of matters from inception to completion, and partner with stakeholders across the organization to help drive business objectives while appropriately managing legal and regulatory risk.
No two weeks look the same in this role. One day may involve negotiating a strategic commercial agreement; the next may involve supporting a regulatory inquiry, coordinating a Board meeting, assisting with investor communications, or helping the business enter a new phase.

- Business & Commercial
- Provide practical and commercially focused legal advice to business stakeholders on a broad range of commercial, operational, and regulatory matters.
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements and other legal documentation.
- Support business expansion projects, and other cross-functional initiatives.
- Identify and manage legal and regulatory risks while enabling business objectives.
- Corporate Governance
- Support corporate governance matters across the group, including Board, shareholder, and entity management activities.
- Coordinate corporate secretarial matters and maintain corporate records and governance documentation.
- Support fundraising, investor relations, corporate transactions, and other strategic corporate initiatives.
- Manage external counsel and other professional advisors where required.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Qualified lawyer with approximately 7–9 years of experience in a leading law firm, or a combination of law firm and in-house experience.
- Strong experience in commercial contracting, corporate matters, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Practical, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong commercial judgment and a willingness to take ownership of diverse and unfamiliar matters.
