Provide legal support for MoMo’s fintech, payments, e-commerce, and digital platform operations, ensuring compliance while enabling business growth. Serve as a key legal partner for internal stakeholders and external partners, focusing on regulatory matters, authority engagement, and enforcement-related issues.

1. Business Advisory (~50%)
  • Provide practical legal advice for products, services, and business initiatives.
  • Review, draft, and negotiate contracts and agreements with business partners.
2. Compliance & Regulatory (~30%)
  • Monitor regulatory developments and support compliance frameworks, including AML, data privacy, and internal policies.
  • Support regulatory reporting, audits, and compliance-related activities.
3. Licensing, Authorities & Enforcement (~20%)
  • Support complex licensing and regulatory approval matters beyond standard ERC/IRC processes.
  • Liaise with regulators, law enforcement agencies, and courts regarding inspections, data requests, investigations, and enforcement matters.
  • Detailed responsibilities will be discussed during the interview process.

Yêu cầu công việc

Education: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Law;
  • Lawyer’s Practicing Certificate are preferred.
Experience: 
  • 3–5 years of legal experience, preferably in e-commerce, fintech, banking, or financial services.
Skills & Mindset: 
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize daily workload, and manage time effectively;
  • Good sense of responsibility, mature, self-driven, and able to manage projects independently with minimum supervision.
Other Qualities: 
  • Languages: Good in Vietnamese and English, both written and spoken.
