We are looking for an enthusiastic and seasoned senior Brand Lead to join us. Our team is a well- blended mix of creative junkies, brand strategists, media performers, product developers, and number crunchers. Together, we hope to build the most unique and beloved tech brand in Vietnam.

Marketing Project Planning and Execution
  • Work closely with our business team to define the brand J2BDs.
  • Own planning, deploying and supervising marketing activities that help realize the brand J2BDs, including: new product launches, market expansion, users growth, engagement, games and promotions. 
Communication Development and Deployment
  • Work in sync with our in-house creative team and other agencies, partners to develop creative works that are impactful to our users while accelerating our brand. Be able to translate the business needs into marketing briefs, judge creative proposals, co-develop ideas and drive the creative process to concrete results. 
  • Collaborate with our media team to develop the media plan across both in-app and out-of-app channels (digital, OOH, social outreach, events, etc.); follow up with media execution and provide direction and guidance if needed to ensure the market outcome of the communication campaigns. 
Budget Management
  • Manage the assigned budget of your projects
  • Track and analyze campaign effectiveness. Provide recommendations to optimize the campaign and improve long term marketing performance. 
Users and Market Insights
  • Conduct regular analysis on our brand and market performance. Identify new trends that affect our industry.
  • Conduct regular interviews with users. Read and analyze users and business data to make sure our marketing activities are aligned with the defined goals.
  • Act as a source of “users insights" to our business and creative team. Inform and inspire the team with users' portraits, aspirations and points of view. 

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Political Science, or a related field.
  • Strong communication or advertising background. At least 3 years working in brand marketing, brand agencies, ad agencies, in-house creative team or other positions with equivalent experience.
  • You have a wide range of experiences across different creative formats and channels: digital, social, TV, OOH, social outreach, KOL, music marketing etc.
  • You enjoy the creative process.
  • You are a solid project manager.
  • You are fast paced and flexible.
  • You don't settle for mediocre. You enjoy the thrill of doing something new and raising the bar.
  • You have excellent communication skills and a high level of empathy and openness
