We are looking for a data-driven and execution-focused Growth Executive to lead digital acquisition for Soundbox — a payment equipment product designed for SME merchants. In this role, you will be responsible for generating high-quality leads from resellers and collaborators (CTV) across digital channels. You will own the performance marketing funnel end-to-end: from planning and launching paid campaigns to optimizing conversion and partnering with the sales team to turn leads into active sales partners.

  • Take full ownership of monthly reseller/collaborator acquisition target through paid digital channels.

  • Plan and execute performance campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, Zalo, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.

  • Build and optimize lead funnels, including landing pages and lead forms, to improve conversion quality and volume.

  • Test and iterate ad creatives, audience targeting, and messaging to improve lead quality and reduce cost per lead (CPL).

  • Responsible for full funnel performance, included monitor Sales team convert lead to collaborator

  • Collaborate with the Sales team to raise awareness for online-to-offline campaigns that help resellers/CTV sell Soundbox more effectively.

  • Coordinate with internal teams or manage freelance/outsourcing partners (design, content, landing page) to deliver campaign assets and reports.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to surface growth opportunities and suggest strategic adjustments.

  • 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or digital acquisition roles — preferably in B2B/B2B2C, fintech, or tech startups.

  • Hands-on experience with paid media platforms: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Zalo Ads, TikTok Ads.

  • Familiarity with basic tracking tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, UTM parameters, CRM platforms).

  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and translate insights into campaign actions.

  • Comfortable managing both in-house and external resources (e.g. freelancers, creative partners).

  • Ability to work independently, take ownership of targets, and collaborate across sales, design, and product teams.

  • Growth mindset with an experimental approach: test → learn → optimize.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or a related field. Having on-ground experience with resellers, agents, or field sales is a plus
