(Senior) Graphic Designer

We are looking for an enthusiastic and seasoned designer to join us. Our team is a well-blended mix of creative junkies, brand strategists, media performers, product developers, and number crunchers. Together, we hope to build the most unique and beloved tech brand in Vietnam. 
You will be joining a team of fun, dynamic and fast paced individuals who embrace growth and the love for branding.
What you will do
  • Collaborate with the design team and internal communications to understand project requirements and ensure that products meet brand standards and messaging
  • Create engaging multimedia assets for internal communication, event promotions, and post-event recaps.
  • Design key visuals & branding for internal corporate events, including backdrops, stage designs, invitations, booth, and merchandise and ensuring brand consistency.
  • Develop layouts, and designs for a wide range of materials, including for social media, Banner In-App, Social media….
  • Work closely with event & communication teams to ensure visual consistency and high-impact designs.
  • Oversee production & execution of design assets, from print materials to digital screens.
  • Develop creative concepts to elevate employee engagement and corporate culture.
  • Participate in ideation and development of new design based on Team/ Head of Department
  • Collaborate with the design team and internal communications to understand project requirements and ensure that products meet brand standards and messaging
What you will need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Graphic Design or related fields;
  • At least 3 years of experience working in graphic design for event agency
  • Experienced in illustration.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator. 
  • Ability to Sketching/ Hand Drawn is a plus
  • Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, imagery, and typography;
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate well in a team environment;
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Excellent communication skills to understand project requirements and effectively convey ideas;
  • Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.
