We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who combines strong visual craft with strategic thinking. This role goes beyond executing design requests - you’ll help shape creative directions, build scalable visual systems, and elevate the overall quality of MoMo’s brand experience across all touchpoints.
You’ll work closely with creative, marketing, and product teams in a fast-paced environment where ideas, ownership, and collaboration matter.

Brand & Visual Identity
  • Act as a key guardian of MoMo’s visual identity, ensuring consistency while continuously evolving the design system
  • Maintain alignment across master brand, sub-brands, campaigns, and product communications
  • Identify inconsistencies proactively and balance brand governance with creative flexibility
  • Contribute to the development of scalable visual guidelines and reusable design systems
Creative & Design Execution
  • Lead the design and production of high-visibility assets including campaign key visuals, social media content, in-app creatives, webviews, banners, OOH materials, and digital marketing assets
  • Deliver high-quality work with strong attention to typography, layout, composition, and visual storytelling
  • Build reusable templates and scalable creative systems instead of one-off executions
  • Integrate AI-powered tools into design workflows to improve efficiency and production scalability
  • Manage timelines, priorities, and output quality independently
Creative Collaboration & Leadership
  • Contribute ideas and creative solutions that strengthen campaign and brand directions
  • Collaborate effectively with marketing, product, and creative stakeholders throughout projects
  • Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to junior designers
  • Support the team in raising overall creative standards and design excellence

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or related fields
Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within brand, agency, or fast-paced digital environments
  • Proven experience delivering integrated campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Experience working with and contributing to brand guideline systems
Technical & Creative Skills
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Strong understanding of typography, color, layout, and visual hierarchy
  • Ability to build cohesive visual systems and scalable creative assets
  • Practical experience applying AI tools in design workflows is a strong advantage
  • Motion graphics or basic animation skills (After Effects, Figma prototyping, etc.) are a plus
Mindset & Soft Skills
  • Self-driven with strong ownership and accountability
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain design rationale clearly
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and adapting quickly in a dynamic environment
  • Passionate about branding, culture, creativity, and user-centric design
