As an Art Manager, you will lead the visual direction of MoMo’s marketing and brand communications. This role combines creative leadership and hands-on craft, shaping distinctive visual concepts while collaborating closely with designers, marketers, and product teams to deliver high-impact creative work across multiple platforms. You will play a key role in translating strategy into powerful visual storytelling, elevating the quality of design output, and continuously evolving MoMo’s visual language.

Creative & Art Direction
- Lead the visual direction for marketing campaigns and brand initiatives, translating marketing
- strategies into strong and distinctive creative concepts.
- Develop campaign visual territories, including layout systems, typography, illustration styles,
- and motion direction.
- Guide the creation of campaign assets across multiple formats and channels, ensuring
- consistency and strong visual storytelling.
- Contribute hands-on to key design work when needed, including layout exploration,
- typography, and visual composition.
- Elevate creative quality by refining concepts and visual outputs from internal teams or external
- partners.
- Ensure a high level of craft, originality, and visual impact across all creative deliverables.
- Partner with marketing teams to conceptualize integrated campaigns and build compelling
- visual narratives.
Digital & Multi-Channel Design
- Oversee creative development across digital platforms including social media, apps,
- brand campaigns….
- Ensure ideas translate effectively across formats while maintaining visual consistency
- and impact.
- Promote thoughtful, user-centered visual design across digital experiences.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Mentor and guide designers, illustrators, and motion artists to strengthen creative
- thinking and craft.
- Provide clear art direction and constructive feedback throughout the creative process
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and cross-functional teams to ensure design
- solutions effectively support business and user goals.
- Work with external agencies, freelancers, and production partners when specialized
- creative support is required
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in art direction or visual design in agencies or brand
- environments.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating campaign art direction, visual concepts, and multi-
- channel design work.
- Ability to balance creative direction with hands-on design craft.
- Strong conceptual thinking and visual storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); motion or
- digital design experience is a plus.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in marketing or product
- environments.
- Strong communication skills and ability to guide creative teams.
- Stay informed on emerging design trends, tools, and creative technologies to
- continuously refresh and modernize the brand.
