Senior Executive – Public Relations

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior PR to manage our press relations, drive the development of high-impact content, and execute comprehensive media strategies. In this role, you will also oversee a team, providing leadership, training, and guidance to ensure the delivery of high-quality content that aligns with our brand’s voice and objectives.
What you will do
  • Building and maintaining relationship with Press, Magazine, TV channel and Media Partner;
  • Planning & conducting PR activities to enhance company’s reputation;
  • Being in charge all activities of sponsorship program as looking for the sponsorship opportunity and maximize sponsor’s rights for company;
  • Content planning, orientation and review content composed by copywriter including content on Press Release, PR Article, Social Media, Website… before getting approval from Corporate Communications Director;
  • Crisis Management: Strategizing to cope with crisis and crisis treatment plan together with Customer Service Dept, Legal & Compliance Dept & Risk Team;
  • Support the Corporate Communications Director in crafting corporate communication plan/campaigns that will help deliver Company’s ambitions and growth strategies in Vietnam;
  • Manage agencies to execute/organize/handle corporate communication campaigns/events/reports.;
  • Strengthen media relations (national & international);
  • Implement PR-MKT event;
  • Support CSR/GR activity communication;
  • Collaborate with other BUs stakeholders for communication activities
What you will need
  • Education: Graduated from universities majored in Communications, PR or business administration. University Degree with Journalism Background is an advantage;
  • Seniority: 3-4 years;
  • Language: Good English;
  • Office skills: Advanced in Power point, Excel;
  • Attitude: Working well under pressure, hands-on, open-minded, be able to travel for business trip;
  • Functional knowledge & experiences: 
    • Strategic thinking and result oriented mindset, Be experienced in risk management, Understand the nature of start-up;
    • Have experience working at PR Agency  is an advantage;
    • Good relationship with press, TV, radio and forum is a must;
  • Functional skills: Excellent in writing and presentation, Event management, Social campaign management.
