What you will do
- Develop and execute user growth programs to drive acquisition and retention through marketing, promotions, product optimization, and special campaigns for money transfer services.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and customer needs.
- Leverage data analytics to optimize promotional strategies and communication, balancing cost efficiency with user growth.
- Lead cross-functional execution of growth initiatives, collaborating with marketing, product, tech, and data teams to ensure alignment.
- Manage budget allocation between promotional costs and media mix across in-app and external channels.
- Work closely with the product team to provide user insights and drive business-led product development
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular reports and insights to support decision-making.
What you will need
- Hunger to drive action and impact with a strong intuition for users, business, and products.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in user research, insights, and marketing campaigns.
- 2-3+ years of experience in Growth, Product Marketing, Business Analytics, or User Insights.
- Excellent stakeholder management and ability to drive results.
- Familiar with Food Delivery, Ride-hailing, eCommerce, or Fintech, with the ability to leverage local market nuances for relevant growth strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data, Business, or Finance.
