Senior Executive – Product Growth & Marketing

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Senior Executive – Product Growth & Marketing to lead the development and marketing of a new feature for our merchant business. You will play a critical role in driving the product from concept to launch, leveraging customer insights, market trends, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure its success. Your primary goal will be to deliver a feature that aligns with merchant needs, achieves adoption targets, and positions our business for sustained growth. The ideal candidate will possess high ownership, proactive problem-solving, and a track record of delivering impactful results in fast-paced environments.

What you will do
  • Conduct in-depth market research and customer interviews to identify merchant pain points, trends, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with product management to influence feature development and ensure alignment with market needs.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy, including defining customer segments, channels, and marketing tactics.
  • Craft compelling product positioning and messaging to differentiate the feature in the competitive landscape.
  • Create marketing assets such as sales collateral, presentations, and FAQs to support internal teams and merchants.
  • Work with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to drive feature adoption and optimize merchant onboarding processes.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics, continuously refining strategies to maximize feature impact.
  • Serve as the primary advocate for merchants, bringing feedback to product and marketing teams for ongoing improvement.
  • What you will need

    Experience:

    • Proven track record in product marketing or similar roles, preferably within a tech startup environment.
    • Experience managing end-to-end feature launches, from research to GTM execution.

    Skills:

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for crafting messaging and collaborating with diverse teams.
    • High ownership, proactivity, and a results-oriented mindset; capable of working under high pressure and delivering high-standard outputs.
    • A creative thinker with a customer-centric approach to marketing strategies.

    Education:

    • Understanding of product development processes and frameworks is a plus.
