This role is part of the OpTech team, responsible for identifying improvement areas, implementing processes and tools that drive operational excellence across the organization. The ideal candidate must have a data-driven mindset for optimization and focus on building automated process and products for efficiency and continuous improvement.

- Work closely with relevant stakeholders (business, internal supporting team, product, development team…) to understand operational processes, analyze requests, identify key improvements, and manage full development cycle;
- Optimize and automate operating processes to maximize efficiency, quality, and enhance internal user experience;
- Identify operational gaps and propose creative improvement initiatives;
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of operational processes; provide data-driven insights that can translate into impactful recommendations;
- Propose measurements for productivity and testing to finetune recommended metrics;
- Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements (including AI) that can drive operational improvements; evaluate and recommend new technologies or systems that support operational goals.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor in Business, Economics
- Have a background in operations, project management, or product management, with at least 3 years of work experience.
- Experience in building automated products/process;
- Experience in transformation or change management projects in Fintech, E-commerce, or other Tech start-ups is preferred;
- Familiar with product development process, strong sense of business, excellent analytical skills - able to build convincing use cases based on data and influence stakeholders towards improvements;
- Committed, result-oriented, willing to go the extra miles to achieve common goals;
- Big picture, strategic thinking, while maintaining great attention to details.
