Act as a Senior Process & Control role responsible for tracking, controlling, and reconciling costs related to promotion and incentive programs, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with both internal processes and external control requirements, contributing to effective cost management and operational efficiency.

  • Monitor and control performance and costs for promotion and incentive programs, ensuring compliance with approved budgets and plans.
  • Prepare and maintain periodic and ad-hoc reports (budget, cost, performance); regularly review data for accuracy and reasonableness, identify potential issues, and promptly communicate findings and recommendations to the line manager.
  • Perform accrual and post-reconciliation activities for promotion and media-related expenses in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct cost reconciliation for promotion, media, and campaign expenses; work closely with PMs, Accounting, and relevant stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
  • Track and find variance root causes, propose corrective actions and process improvement initiatives to minimize recurring issues, in coordination with the line manager when required.
  • Act as an operational control role, ensuring cost data is complete, accurate, and traceable through systems and tools such as AF, CRM, and Athena.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely updates of cost information; serve as a key point of contact for PMs within the assigned scope.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • 3–4 years of experience in Operations Control, Finance Operations, Process Control, or related roles.
  • Hands-on experience with promotion/incentive schemes, accruals, and reconciliation.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
  • Strong logical thinking, high attention to detail, and a solid risk and control mindset.
  • Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
