Senior Executive – Business Process

This role is responsible for mapping as-is and to-be process, analysing specific metrics, designing new processes and transforming existing ones, suggesting improvements for process transformation. The ideal candidate must be comfortable navigating complexity, possess exceptional stakeholder management skill, while having improvement and data-driven mindset. An exciting challenge to drive efficiency and create impactful value across MoMo.

What you will do
  • Work closely with relevant stakeholders in analysing current business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement;
  • Research and conduct site observations and user interviews to identify the tools, methods, and personnel needed for effective processes;
  • Design and optimize processes to enhance operational performance and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and international standards; 
  • Ensure control points are in place for quality and risk management;
  • Identify metrics/KPIs/checkpoint to monitor process performance, risks and continue improve process as an ongoing basis;
  • Assess business requirements, track and analyse operational data, and make evidence-based recommendations to support process improvements;
  • Maintain a high-level view to identify strategic processes that have direct impact to business and/or resolve systematic pain points;
  • Examine best practices and technological developments that can help to streamline processes to help businesses perform more efficiently;
  • Provide training to stakeholders to ensure compliance and implementation of the designed processes;
What you will need
  • 2+ years of experience in business processes, compliance, change management, or business transformation, etc.;
  • Education background in Finance or relevant areas;
  • Experience in business process modelling and/or business analysis in Fintech, E-commerce, or innovative banks;
  • Skilled in stakeholder management, must be comfortable working across teams with high complexity and ambiguity;
  • Aptitude for data analysis.
