What you will do
- Receive and resolve issues related from customers, be the focal point for troubleshooting, etc.
- Coordinate with internal departments to handle daily tasks to operate the service and resolve problems.
- Foster collaboration between different departments (e.g., sales, marketing, finance) to ensure seamless operational processes and achievement of common goals.
- Project Management: Lead cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget while meeting quality standards.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting to maintain and develop quality assurance processes to ensure that operations meet established standards and regulations.
- Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly reports with daily tasks.
- Other tasks as requested by the direct line manager.
- Support Admin Tasks such as filing documents, hosting contracts, paying promotion costs, etc.
What you will need
- Minimum Qualifications: University degree majoring in Economics, Marketing, Business,etc
- Experience:
- Have knowledge about operating payment services including offline and online payment (websites, mobile applications that sell products/services).
- Have experience in business operations or a similar role
- Essential skills:
- Proficient in English.
- Proficient in office tools/skills
- Proficient in using analytical tools is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
