Are you a strategist who sees content not just as words or videos, but as a powerful lever to scale a product? We are looking for a Social and Content Executive to join our Growth Platform—someone who lives at the intersection of creative storytelling and rigorous logic.
In this role, you won't just be "making content"; you will be a Growth Hunter. Your mission is to relentlessly identify untapped opportunities within the market and user behavior to launch high-impact campaigns. Whether it’s a viral video script or a deep-dive educational thread, your goal is to bridge the gap between financial literacy and product adoption. - Understand social media platform algorithms (TikTok, Thread,...) and Gen Z trends to engineer viral-ready content and high-impact seeding loops.
- Produce engaging personal finance/financial education content for Expense Management (Quản Lý Chi Tiêu) and MoMo to drive user growth on multiple platforms (social media, web, in-app,...)
- Orchestrate a network of KOLs and contributors to maximize product awareness and social footprint.
- Build in-app community content on daily basis, that keep user engage and increase product adoption
- Ensure all content is factually accurate, logically sound, and strictly aligned with brand quality before publishing.

- Education background: Bachelor’s degree in Economics-related fields such as Marketing, Communications, Finance, or other relevant majors.
- Logical Thinking: Strong analytical skills with the ability to "connect the dots" between content performance and business growth.
- Content creation: Proven experience in creating content for various formats (Long-form articles, TikTok/Reels scripts, Social posts)
- Finance Savvy: A solid understanding of personal finance or the fintech industry is a major plus.
- Ownership: A proactive "growth mindset"—you don't just execute tasks; you look for ways to scale results.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous in checking facts and grammar to maintain the credibility of financial advice.
- AI Savvy: Proficient in leveraging AI tools to optimize workflows and enhance the content creation process.
- Content Creation Tools: Basic proficiency in editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, and other creative platforms.
