As a Team Lead, you will not only take on the role of Product Owner for certain lending and loan collection products on the MoMo app but also guide and support other Product Owners. You will be responsible for monitoring task performance and ensuring the successful completion of assignments given by the FS Senior Product Manager. Additionally, you are expected to proactively propose initiatives to enhance the performance of Product Owners and drive innovation within the team.

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Banking, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience:
• At least 5 years of experience in Product Development, Product Ownership, or IT Business Analysis in a bank, financial institution, or software development company.
• Over 2 years of experience in developing digital financial solutions and growth hacking features (especially in lending) within apps is a plus.

• Strong leadership and mentoring skills to guide Product Owners, monitor task output, and ensure successful execution of assigned projects.
• Proactively propose suitable solutions for complex challenges and support the FS Senior Product Manager in managing the overall tasks of the Credit Tech Department.
• Deep customer empathy with the ability to interpret product business growth data effectively.
• Proficiency in understanding API documentation.
• Fluent in using Confluence and Jira.
• Strong capability in designing user flows, activity diagrams, and wireframes.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles (advanced knowledge is a plus).
• Solid knowledge of the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) lending regulations, debt classification, and provisioning, with the ability to apply them in daily operations.
• Quick learner with a flexible mindset.
