Organization Culture Specialist

At MoMo, the Organization Culture Specialist plays a critical role in fostering a vibrant, inclusive, and engaging company culture. Beyond the standard responsibilities outlined in the job description, this role is tasked with developing comprehensive yearly cultural strategies and proposals that go beyond operational execution, ensuring the alignment of culture initiatives with overall business goals. The candidate will support innovative ideation processes, create proposals for leadership with the Organization Culture Manager (OC Manager), and lead and drive creative employee engagement programs that reflect MoMo’s core values and mission.

What you will do
  • Develop and execute annual organizational culture plans, aligning them with company values and business objectives. This includes preparing detailed proposals for yearly culture development and employee engagement initiatives; 
  • Working with the OC manager in creative ideation sessions to generate innovative solutions for enhancing organizational culture, addressing both strategic and operational needs; 
  • Coordinate and execute employee engagement programs that reinforce a happy and inclusive working environment, with a strong focus on MoMo Core Values in cultural initiatives;
  • Conduct culture surveys and analyze results to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement;
  • Work closely with the OC Manager and cross-functional leaders to implement both short-term projects and long-term cultural initiatives that inspire employees and enhance productivity; 
  • Created and managed proposals for cultural development projects and presented them to senior leadership for approval and funding;
  • Maintain and grow internal employee clubs, including sports, hobbies, and other interest-based groups that contribute to employee satisfaction;

What you will need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field;
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in employee engagement, culture development, and leadership roles within large corporations (1,000+ employees);
  • Proven experience in drafting and presenting proposals for culture-related initiatives and successfully securing buy-in from senior leadership;
  • Strong creative thinking and creativity skills, with the ability to design and implement innovative cultural programs;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong ability to influence and engage cross-functional teams;
  • High proficiency in event and project management, capable of leading complex cultural events from planning to execution;
  • Ability to see the big picture while also managing detailed tasks efficiently;
  • Excellent English communication skills and strong computer literacy.
