We are seeking an experienced Total Rewards Manager to lead the design, implementation, and management of comprehensive total rewards strategies, including compensation, benefits, and recognition programs. The Total Rewards Manager will play a critical role in aligning these programs with the company's goals, ensuring competitiveness in the market, and enhancing employee satisfaction and retention.

  • Total Rewards Management: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive rewards programs (including employee benefits, job evaluations, salary structure, performance bonuses, wellbeing, recognition, and ESOP) that are competitive, equitable, and aligned with company strategy and industry market trends. 
  • Market Benchmarking: Conduct ongoing market research and benchmarking to ensure the competitiveness of our total rewards offerings, particularly within the tech industry, utilizing survey data and networking. 
  • Annual compensation cycle: Manage annual compensation cycles, including performance calibration, salary reviews, performance bonus payouts, and ESOP. Ensuring accurate data, clear communication, and smooth execution. 
  • Headcount and staff budget management: Collaborate with HR, Finance, and department heads to develop and manage overall headcount and staff budget that align with business growth objectives and financial targets. Ensure timely deliver on monthly staff cost monitor, tracking actuals against budget, and providing variance analysis. 
  • Data analysis and reporting: Leverage HRIS data and other relevant sources to conduct in-depth analysis of total rewards programs and people costs, identifying trends, insights, and areas for improvement. Prepare regular reports on headcount, turnover, labor costs, and other key people metrics for HR leadership and executive review. 
  • Communication: Develop and deliver clear, concise, and engaging communications to educate employees on total rewards programs and their value.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus. 
  • Over 7 years of experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards management. 
  • Experience conducting market compensation analysis and working with compensation surveys, strong knowledge of compensation and benefits regulations and practices. 
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees and leadership. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 
  • Proficient in English.
