The Human Resources Business Partner Manager role as a partner of departments, Business Units as well as whole company to contribute to company performance by providing tactical and strategic consulting on people and organization development strategies in support of the business objectives. Will carry out responsibilities in the following functional areas: talent acquisition; employee relations consultation; policy interpretation and application, performance and compensation management consultation; and talent management consultation. May carry out additional responsibilities to include organizational design; employee development initiatives and training.

  • Leverage partnerships and business acumen to enable the creation and implementation of strategies in alignment with business priorities and goals;
  • Consult and support stakeholders all HR matters such as employee relations, retention, manpower plan;
  • Partners with HR functions such as TA, C&B, Training Development to lead mutual processes to best practice status as well as provide best solutions to clients/stakeholders;
  • Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with HR Managers to develop solutions, programs and policies;
  • Provides day-to-day coaching to leadership on a variety of actions to include employee relations issues, policy interpretation and application; talent management and development; and organizational design consultation;
  • Foster leadership success as a proactive thought partner anticipating the business;
  • Develop and execute a lifecycle approach to talent management by assessing organizational performance systemically, defining talent gaps and proposing solutions in support of business objectives;
  • Coach and consult on organizational design and management issues, as well as challenging and/or influencing decision-making processes;
  • Streamline and implement new, large-scale structures and/or processes to create speed, efficiency and agility within the organization;
  • Develop thoughtful, integrated approaches to promote diversity and inclusion in talent attraction, development and retention;
  • All other duties assigned by Head of HR.

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business related field;
  • At least 7 years of HR experience with at least 3 years of experience in HR Management;
  • Proven strong foundation and knowledge of principles & practice of HR including employment law, compliance requirements, knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting;
  • Proven client management and business literacy skills;
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills;
  • Proven ability to effectively coach employees and management through complex and difficult issues;
  • Ability to organize, multi-task and prioritize tasks.
