- Learning
& Leadership Program Support:
- Assist
in the logistical planning and execution of L&OD programs, including
management and leadership development initiatives (e.g., scheduling,
preparing training materials, coordinating participant communications).
- Support
the team in collecting feedback and basic data related to program
outcomes to inform adjustments.
- Knowledge
Transfer & Learning Culture Assistance:
- Conduct
research on best practices for internal knowledge transfer and fostering
a learning culture within organizations.
- Help
organize and facilitate knowledge-sharing activities and resources.
- Support
the team in preparing materials for internal trainers and subject matter
experts.
- Learning
Portfolio & Needs Analysis Support:
- Assist
in collecting data for training needs analysis, collaborating with HRBPs
and divisional stakeholders as guided by the team.
- Support
the organization and maintenance of the corporate learning portfolio
documentation.
- Help
track progress and outcomes of learning initiatives through data entry
and basic report preparation.
- Organization
Development Initiatives Contribution:
- Contribute
to the logistical and administrative aspects of organization-wide
initiatives such as culture transformation, talent development, and
performance enhancement.
- Assist
cross-functional teams in coordinating activities to ensure alignment and
successful execution of OD initiatives.
- Administrative
& Operational Support:
- Manage
and organize L&OD-related documentation, records, and digital files.
- Provide
general administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the
L&OD team.
- Assist
in preparing reports and updates for various stakeholders.
Learning Opportunities:
- Gain
hands-on experience in the design, delivery, and evaluation of L&OD
programs.
- Develop
practical skills in research, data analysis, project coordination, and
content development.

adult learning principles and their application in a corporate setting.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Currently
pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business
Administration, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Strong
research and analytical skills, with an ability to gather and synthesize
information.
- Excellent
written and verbal communication skills (both Vietnamese and English, if
applicable).
- Proficiency
in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proactive,
organized, and detail-oriented, with a strong willingness to learn.
- Ability
to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
