You will support the HR Operations function within the CDO, OpEx, Product & Technology Center. While most tasks involve operational activities (e.g., data entry, reporting, onboarding/offboarding), you will be encouraged to “work hard & smart,” continuously seeking ways to automate or optimize each process.

HR Operations & Processes 
  • Support employee lifecycle tasks: onboarding/offboarding, employee movements, contract renewals, and routine query resolution (leave, benefits, policies); escalate complex cases;
  • Perform basic data management & analysis tasks;
  • Provide basic ERP support;
Internal Event & Learning/Sharing Activities 
  • Help organize internal events/programs: workshops, knowledge-sharing sessions, and team-building events;
Other Assignments 
  • Support special HRBP projects or tasks as assigned, such as updating policy documents, compiling presentation materials, or assisting with ad-hoc research.

Yêu cầu công việc

Education: Final-year student or graduate within the last 12 months. Able to work full-time;
Technical Skills: 
  • Familiar with Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and basic Office applications;
  • Comfortable using and analyzing data (creating simple reports, spotting trends);
  • Able to leverage AI tools effectively for research, drafting, and basic automation;
  • Basic English skills sufficient for reading and writing simple documents;
Soft Skills & Personal Attributes: 
  • Proactive learner with a “work smart” mindset;
  • Detail-oriented: meticulous in data handling and attentive to small discrepancies;
  • Strong communication skills: able to collaborate effectively with Product & Technology teams;
  • Time-management skills: able to juggle multiple responsibilities, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines;
  • Team player: positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to assist wherever needed.
