Lead the overall strategy and execution of the Expense Management product within MoMo ecosystem, transforming it from a basic utility into an intelligent financial companion.
The role focuses on building a scalable product platform that enhances user engagement, drives daily usage, and supports users in managing and optimizing their financial behaviors across MoMo services.

  • Core Functional Responsibilities
    • Define and lead product strategy: Own the end-to-end roadmap for Expense Management, evolving the product into a seamless and intelligent experience that supports users’ financial decision-making.
    • Build platform-level capabilities: Design and develop horizontal product features that integrate across multiple business lines, ensuring consistency and scalability within the MoMo ecosystem.
    • Drive user engagement through product experience: Develop in-app engagement strategies, behavioral triggers, and contextual features to increase feature adoption and repeat usage.
    • Leverage user insights: Apply user research and behavioral frameworks (e.g., Jobs-to-be-Done) to understand user needs and continuously improve product relevance and value.
    • Establish product analytics and performance tracking: Define key product KPIs, monitor user behavior, and identify opportunities to optimize product performance and user journey.
  • Management / Cross-functional Collaboration:  
    • Manage and mentor a cross-functional squad (Product, Growth, Analytics), ensuring high performance and strong ownership.
    • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Business teams to deliver integrated product solutions.
    • Align product development and adoption strategies to ensure features are effectively launched, adopted, and scaled.
  • Development & Improvement Plan:
    • Continuously improve product experience: Identify opportunities to reduce friction, enhance usability, and increase product stickiness.
    • Foster experimentation culture: Encourage rapid testing and iteration to validate product ideas and improve engagement outcomes.
    • Drive innovation in financial experience: Explore new technologies and approaches (e.g., AI-driven insights, automation) to enhance personal finance management.
    • Develop team capabilities: Build a strong product and growth team through coaching, capability development, and knowledge sharing.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related fields.
  • 7+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role managing teams and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Experience in B2C technology, preferably in fintech, super apps, or personal finance products.
  • Strong understanding of product-led growth, lifecycle engagement, and in-app user experience design.
  • Ability to analyze product data, understand user behavior, and translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, drive execution, and deliver impactful product outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
