What you will do
- Product Development:
- Develop and lead the product strategy for the B2C platform, ensuring the product meets the needs of end users and aligns with overall business objectives;
- Create a product roadmap, prioritize and sequence features to optimize user experience and enhance platform performance;
- Propose and explore new features and technologies to maintain competitive advantage and improve the platform’s value proposition;
- Gather requirements, conduct user research, and manage the product backlog to ensure the team focuses on high-impact projects;
- Oversee product launches, product marketing, and go-to-market activities for the platform;
- Data-Driven Decisions:
- Leverage data analytics and insights to understand end-user behavior, usage trends, and opportunities to enhance user experience;
- Use data to make informed decisions, optimize existing features, and guide the development of new features to improve performance and product value;
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and analysts, to develop and improve the platform;
- Foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing across the team and the organization;
- Effectively communicate product updates and changes to stakeholders and the wider organization;
What you will need
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field;
- Technical education background is a plus;
- Experience:
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or equivalent;
- Experience in developing B2C products and platforms focused on end users;
- Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.) is a plus;
- Essential Skills:
- Strong customer empathy, understanding, and predicting end-user needs;
- Proficient in requirements gathering, critical thinking, and data-driven product management;
- Skilled in utilizing wireframing tools (e.g., Figma);
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Strong time management and prioritization abilities;
- Personal Characteristics:

- Good to Have:
