Executive – Product, Promotion Platform

What you will do
  • Product Development: 
    • Develop and lead the product strategy for the B2C platform, ensuring the product meets the needs of end users and aligns with overall business objectives;
    • Create a product roadmap, prioritize and sequence features to optimize user experience and enhance platform performance;
    • Propose and explore new features and technologies to maintain competitive advantage and improve the platform’s value proposition;
    • Gather requirements, conduct user research, and manage the product backlog to ensure the team focuses on high-impact projects;
    • Oversee product launches, product marketing, and go-to-market activities for the platform;
  • Data-Driven Decisions: 
    • Leverage data analytics and insights to understand end-user behavior, usage trends, and opportunities to enhance user experience;
    • Use data to make informed decisions, optimize existing features, and guide the development of new features to improve performance and product value;
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: 
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and analysts, to develop and improve the platform;
    • Foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing across the team and the organization;
    • Effectively communicate product updates and changes to stakeholders and the wider organization;
What you will need
  • Qualifications: 
    • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field;
    • Technical education background is a plus;
  • Experience: 
    • 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or equivalent;
    • Experience in developing B2C products and platforms focused on end users; 
    • Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.) is a plus;
  • Essential Skills: 
    • Strong customer empathy, understanding, and predicting end-user needs;
    • Proficient in requirements gathering, critical thinking, and data-driven product management;
    • Skilled in utilizing wireframing tools (e.g., Figma);
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
    • Strong time management and prioritization abilities;
  • Personal Characteristics: 
    • A continuous learner, open-minded, and receptive to new knowledge;
    • Results-oriented, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic;
    • Self-driven, motivated, and able to perform under pressure;
  • Good to Have: 
    • Proven track record of managing and delivering projects that enhance user engagement and business performance;
    • Familiarity with user personalization and the ability to leverage AI-driven insights to predict user behavior.
