Job Purpose:
Lead MoMo’s employer branding strategy to strengthen talent attraction, build a compelling employer reputation, and support business growth. This role drives employer branding, talent marketing, strategic talent partnerships, and HR communications to engage key talent audiences and enhance the employee experience.

Employer Branding & Talent Marketing
- Develop and execute employer branding strategies aligned with business and workforce priorities.
- Define target talent segments, Employee Value Proposition (EVP), key messaging, and communication plans.
- Lead integrated employer branding campaigns to increase awareness, consideration, and talent attraction.
- Create and manage employer brand content across social media, career platforms, employee stories, videos, and thought leadership channels.
- Leverage market insights, audience data, and AI-powered tools to improve content quality, campaign effectiveness, and talent engagement.
- Monitor employer brand performance and continuously optimize initiatives based on data and feedback.
- Ensure a consistent employer brand experience across all candidate touchpoints.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and business leaders to promote strategic hiring initiatives, including graduate programs, internships, technology hiring, leadership hiring, and critical talent campaigns.
- Design and execute targeted talent marketing campaigns for priority talent segments and hard-to-fill roles.
- Plan and manage talent engagement activities, including career fairs, university programs, community events, webinars, and employer branding activations.
- Analyze talent attraction performance and provide recommendations to improve pipeline quality and hiring outcomes.
- Build and maintain relationships with universities, student organizations, professional communities, industry associations, and talent networks.
- Develop partnership programs that strengthen MoMo’s employer brand presence and talent pipeline.
- Identify new collaboration opportunities based on business needs, market trends, and talent insights.
- Establish long-term partnerships to support future workforce development and strategic hiring priorities.
- Develop and execute communication strategies supporting key HR programs & initiatives, including talent programs, performance management, rewards and recognition, learning and development, organizational changes, and culture initiatives.
- Apply employee feedback, engagement insights, and AI-enabled tools to improve communication effectiveness and reach.

Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in Employer Branding, Talent Marketing, Recruitment Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
- Proven track record of leading branding, marketing, or communication initiatives.
- Experience in technology, fintech, digital, or high-growth organizations is preferred.
- Strong storytelling, communication, and content development skills.
Strategic thinking with strong execution and project management capabilities.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing, employer branding platforms, and AI-powered productivity tools.
