The Marketing AI Product Owner is the primary driver of MoMo’s internal marketing transformation. You will take full ownership of the intersection between brand marketing, AI technology, and product management. Your mission is to move beyond traditional execution by architecting automated workflows and optimizing internal systems to drive measurable operational impact and maintain a competitive technological pace.

I. Project Leadership & Strategic Orchestration

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead the synchronization between Product, Tech, and Brand teams to ensure the seamless delivery of complex, tech-driven initiatives.

  • Roadmap Architecture: Translate high-level business goals into structured technical requirements, detailed action plans, and clear deliverable milestones.

  • Monitoring: Proactively drive project momentum, identifying potential roadblocks early and ensuring the team hits milestones with speed and precision.

II. Workflow & System Optimization

  • Systems Thinking & Automation: Understand marketing cycles to identify high-impact opportunities for AI-driven automation. Lead the implement workflows that replace repetitive tasks to scale output while optimizing resource allocation.

  • Product Excellence: Continuously refine internal tools and systems to elevate team performance and ensure the highest quality of final brand assets. Lead the end-to-end testing and validation of new features and user journeys.

III. AI Innovation

  • Scout & Experiment: Systematically scout and experiment with emerging AI tools (GenAI/ AgenticAI for text, image, video, and automation)

  • Prototyping: Proactively conceptualize and build prototypes, wireframes for AI-powered features that solve real-world business challenges and operational bottlenecks.

IV. Strategic Adoption & Performance Impact

  • Amplify Internal Adoption: Lead the training and change management to help internal teams adopt new AI tools and automated workflows.  Own the end-to-end planning and execution of internal rollout campaigns, ensuring that new AI workflows are not just launched, but fully integrated into daily operations.

  • Efficiency Metrics: Establish KPIs to track and quantify how automation improves operational speed, reduces production costs, and elevates the quality of work.

  • Education background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or Technology
  • Experience: 2–3 years in Product OwnershipStrategic Project Management, or Marketing Operations within a fast-paced tech environment.
  • Systems Mindset: Exceptional ability to deconstruct manual processes and reorganize them into logical, scalable, and automated systems.
  • Ownership & Initiative: A proven "driver" who takes full accountability for project success and proactively identifies opportunities for improvement.
  • Tech Literacy: Strong practical knowledge of the AI ecosystem and the ability to bridge the gap between technical possibilities and marketing needs.
  • Analytical Execution: A disciplined planner with a "get-it-done" attitude, focused on delivering measurable impact through structured execution.
