As a Business Operations Executive, you will be the central hub for our Offline Payment operations. Your role is multi-faceted, encompassing everything from onboarding new merchants and managing contracts to resolving operational issues and handling equipment logistics. You will work cross-functionally with the Business Development, Legal, Accounting and Finance, and other teams to ensure our processes are efficient and our merchants receive the best possible service. This position is critical for maintaining operational excellence and supporting the rapid growth of MoMo's offline payment network.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Service Onboarding & Operations

  • Lead the onboarding process for new merchants, including payment services and other related services, by collaborating closely with the Business Development team to ensure a swift and compliant procedure.
  • Handle and resolve inquiries and incidents from merchants to ensure stable and seamless payment operations, guaranteeing the best experience for both end-users and merchants.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from merchants to coordinate with internal teams (Product, Engineering) for continuous improvement of processes and product quality.

2. Paperwork & Contract Processing

  • Orchestrate the end-to-end paperwork and contract process with internal departments such as Legal, Accounting and Finance, Risk Management,….
  • Draft documents based on existing templates or create new ones as required.

3. Administration & Equipment Management

  • Handle general administrative tasks to support the business unit's operations.
  • Collaborate with the Procurement department to produce Point of Sale Materials (POSM) and handle other related requests.
  • Manage the entire asset lifecycle: responsible for the allocation, retrieval, and inventory tracking (import/export/stock) of payment devices and POSM.

4. Improvement & Reporting

  • Proactively identify opportunities and propose solutions to improve and automate work processes to enhance performance.
  • Develop and deliver periodic reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) as requested.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in payment operations within a bank, e-wallet, or Fintech company is highly desirable.
2. Hard Skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar tools (Google Docs, Sheets).
  • Basic English proficiency for reading documents and communication.
  • Data analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of and agility in applying AI tools to optimize work is a significant advantage.
