A. Product Delivery & Execution
● Agile Management: Create and manage Jira stories, lead Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, and Daily Stand-ups with the development team.
● Quality Assurance: Conduct User Acceptance Testing to ensure the final product meets design and business requirements.
B. Product Discovery & Data Analytics
● User Research: Execute Usability Testing, Surveys, and A/B Testing to validate product hypotheses.
● Metric Tracking: Build and manage conversion funnels and performance dashboards to monitor product health.
● Data-Driven Insights: Translate raw data into actionable product improvements.
C. Funnel Review & Optimization
● Customized Analysis: Analyze specific funnels for each partner, recognizing that different Rules and business logics require flexible, non-standardized analytical approaches.
● Segmentation: Perform granular user segment analysis using the MECE principle to identify drop- off points and optimization opportunities.
● Behavioral Analysis: Deep-dive into user behavior patterns across different partner platforms to propose tailored solutions.
D. Product Marketing & Growth
● Conversion Optimization: Continuous optimization of customer touchpoints to increase retention and conversion rates.
● Strategic Features: Drive sales growth through innovative features like Business Chat, fulfilling long-term business strategic goals.

Yêu cầu công việc

● Experience: 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner/Manager or Business Analyst, preferably in Fintech, Banking, or E-commerce.
● Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data. Mastery of the MECE principle is a plus.
● Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and proficiency in Jira/Confluence is a plus.
● Mindset: A "Problem-Solving" mindset — able to handle high levels of customization for different stakeholders rather than seeking a "one-size-fits-all" solution.
● Attitude: Flexible and willing to conduct in-depth research (deep-dive) into user behavior and business rules. Proactive and ready to propose new ideas based on analyzed data.
