This role reports to the IT Program Manager and is responsible for organizing and delivering the key initiatives of the CTO Office. In addition, the successful candidate will act as the evangelist of process optimization in the organization, as well as organize the training on project management across departments.

- Plan initiatives, coordinate and monitor the progress to achieve strategic goals, including control target timelines, dependencies, risk mitigation and activities;
- Measure projects performance
- Support review, design, and execute on improvements to org structure, identify knowledge and skills gaps and help address them;
- Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity;
- Perform stakeholder engagement to understand needs, pain points and priorities regarding organization efficiency;
- Promote the effective use of productivity measurement to drive focus effort;
- Continuously contribute and advocate to improve internal processes, documents, and tooling;
- Mentor members on project management and soft skills.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in a computing, information technology, or other numerical discipline.
- At least 4 years of experience as a project manager or tech lead/ supervisor
- Solid project management skills, with deep understanding of modern techniques and tools, notably agile project management
- Good at processing loads of information, and handling multiple projects at once
- Energetic, enthusiastic in working in a fast-paced environment, being flexible and adaptive to changes
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Outstanding stakeholder management and organizational skills
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Demonstrable system thinking and detail oriented mindset
- Familiar with scripting, prefer having technical background in software/product development
