(Senior) Executive – Graphic Designer

We’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our Employer Branding team. As a (Senior) Graphic Designer at MoMo, you’ll play a key role in shaping our internal and external identity. From internal engagement events to employer branding campaigns, your creative work will help foster a vibrant, connected, and inspiring work environment. You’ll have the freedom to experiment with design concepts, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and create designs that resonate with our employees and future talent.

What you will do

Design & Creative Execution (80%) 

  • Design and deliver high-quality graphics, illustrations, and infographics for a range of internal and external projects, including: 
    • Internal events and engagement activities;
    • Social media campaigns;
    • Newsletters, emails, and other communication materials;
    • Employer branding and recruitment marketing content;
  • Edit and produce engaging short videos to enhance communication efforts and storytelling;
  • Proactively create designs and communication tools that align with company strategy and engage MoMo employees (MoMoers);
  • Ensure brand consistency across all projects, maintaining a cohesive and professional visual identity;
  • Organize, manage, and maintain digital assets, ensuring easy access and retrieval of assets;
  • Stay updated about the latest developments in the design industry;
  • Collaborate with HR functions to brainstorm and develop creative ideas for events and communication campaigns;

Teamwork & Project Support (20%) 

  • Support the Employer Branding team in organizing and running internal events and other engagement activities;
  • Capture high-quality photos at internal and external events to support employer branding efforts;
  • Provide creative input and design support for ad-hoc projects assigned by HR functions;
  • Regularly update and seek feedback from the Line Manager and HR to refine designs and align with strategic goals;
What you will need
  • 3+ years of graphic design experience, ideally in an internal design team;
  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Canva;
  • Basic to intermediate skills in Premiere Pro, After Effects, and CapCut;
  • Strong creativity and innovative design abilities with a keen eye for detail;
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment;
  • Skilled in photography and photo editing;
  • Ability to adapt designs to different platforms and target audiences;
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams;
  • Experience in creating visuals for internal events and employer branding is a plus.
