We are looking for a Data Manager to support one of the largest business verticals in MoMo. The candidate will build upon an existing data analytics team and supported by sister teams as part of the Corporate Data Office. They will report to the divisional Senior Manager and work closely with the Business Head to achieve business objectives while improving technical operations and data assets in their scope of work.

What you will do

• Responsible for business reporting and analysis, in-depth data analysis, development and maintenance of datasets, pipelines and dashboards related to the business vertical. 
• Work closely with business leaders to provide insights and thought leadership on key business problems through rigorous analytical work. 
• Work with technology, product development and other stakeholders to develop better data operations and practices. 
• Manage the scope of work, business impact and career development of team members. 
• Be part of MoMo’s bigger data analytics team and contribute to MoMo’s overall data roadmap and governance.

What you will need

• Bachelor’s degree in a computing, information technology, or other numerical discipline. 
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably with experience in the payment or technology industries. 
• Previous leadership experience in a data analytics team, preferably with people management. 
• Excellent skills in SQL, Python, data cleaning and data processing (models, pipelines). 
• Strong skills in A/B testing and statistics. 
• Strong business mindset and experience with customer-oriented metrics. 
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
