What you will do

• Participate in building CreditTech product and feature (s) from concept through launch, along with future enhancement(s) on the MoMo e-wallet platform; 
• Hold responsibility of understanding customer demand in terms of each credit product parameter (e.g. amount, term, fees and interest rate), for the sake of better product performance; 
• Oversee development progress of each assigned product enhancement, coordinate and ensure its timeliness with both internal and external stakeholders, escalate to higher level if necessary to prevent it from missing its deadline; 
• Monitor and increase customer satisfaction via detailing each customer service ticket or other customer touchpoint and coordinating for a solution & its quickest resolve;
• Work directly with assigned credit partner(s) in finalization of a product improvement proposal and implementation and performance tracking, as well as other lending operations; 
• Ensure all lending procedures compliant with related lending regulations; 
• Utilize or propose research and analytics to build new delightful and innovative product feature(s);

What you will need

• Must have problem solving skill and experience;
• Experience in working with and driving a group of stakeholders for a common objective;
• Have track record of leading an innovation or exceptional achievement in the past;
• Preferred to have experience in leading a product development project, even at school or as a part timer;
• Preferred to have experience in driving development and performance of a credit product.
