Senior Product Executive (Merchant platform)

  • Identify user needs and business impact and gather input from other stakeholders, and use these to inform the product vision and roadmap;
  • Work with designer, create simple, intuitive yet efficient user experiences (primarily mobile) that make customers smile by guiding designers;
  • Develop product roadmap and feature release plans. Prioritize and execute with our all-star engineering team to implement and roll out new features;
  • Gather relevant data and conduct product development and manage project trackers, timelines, and lead cross functional groups to deliver on project objectives;
  • Communicate, coordinate, and align with many stakeholders across different parts of the organization. Thrive in an ever changing landscape, going from a meeting ideating on new ways to improve a design to a meeting with engineers asking implementation questions about your feature specs. Work with go-to market stakeholders to launch features;
  • Launch new products and features, test their performance, measure impact and iterate quickly.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and implement improvements based on data insights;
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and communicate product updates;
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product development strategy for Core platform & Merchant Onboarding aligned with business objectives;
  • Ensure excellent User Experience journey on products in our Mobile Application & Web application.
  • Create and maintain product backlog.
  • Develop and segregate user stories into granular chunks appropriate for individual sprints.
  • Represent, interface and engage customers throughout the development process.

What you will need
  • Several years of product management experience;
  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Strong track record of researching, building, and design product vision and roadmap;
  • Strong business sense, track record of delivering business impact and be able to work cross functionally;
  • Strong design sense, able to make design decision, know how to use design tools (Figma), diagram tools (Use case diagram, Sequence Diagram) is a plus;
  • Strong data sense, able to setup experiments, post-launch KPI tracking and use data to make decisions and revamp the experience of your product;
  • Strong working relationship with engineers, familiar with agile product development, write great user stories, tickets and sprint planning;
  • Experience BA or PO developing and deploying software products for B2B is an advantage;
  • Technical knowledge is a plus.
