Marketing Operation Lead

We are looking for an enthusiastic marketing operation lead to join us. Our team is a well-blended mix of creative junkies, brand strategists, media performers, product developers, and number crunchers. Together, we hope to build the most unique and beloved tech brand in Vietnam. 
You will be joining a team of fun, dynamic and fast paced individuals who embrace growth and the love for brand and marketing. We hope to get a great mind-like individual to join us and co-drive our brand towards the next tipping point.
What you will do
  • Process and resource management:
    • Build and implement systems and initiatives to make the creative and content production process smooth and productive yet fun for our team. 
    • Track and report the number of briefs received from business requests as well as team member’s workloads and deliverables.
    • Arrange task traffic on a daily basis to boost the team’s efficiency and effectiveness. 
    • Forecast the amount of resources required to support different types of marketing activities and make recommendations for team leads/ managers on task assignment and teams’ performance.
  • Partnership and outsourcing:
    • Source and get quotations from outsourced partners (designers, copywriters, content writers) for different creative and content scopes.
    • Nurture and maintain relationships with creative partners/content creators/agencies to ensure we have a high level of support system.
    • Follow up with brief, contract and payment for outsourced work.
  • Project Management:
    • Work closely project owners, in-house creative teams and relevant partners to manage project deliverables on-time & in-full
    • Managing project management documents such as the project plan, budget, schedule or scope statement, as directed by the project manager.
  • Tools, production and other administration work:
    • Manage the required tools, software and other needed support for the marketing team to function well. 
    • Manage the production workstream: such as merchandise and  gifts for users.
    • Executing a variety of project management administrative tasks such as contracts and terms of agree & billing.
What you will need
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking, time-management & detail-oriented. 
  • At least 3 years working in similar operation roles.
  • You understand the marketing processes and are familiar with project management tools.
  • You enjoy working with people and bringing harmony and fun for the team.
  • You are organized and structured.
  • You pay attention to details.
  • You have excellent communication skills and a high level of flexibility and openness.
