Associate Team Leader – Business Analysis, Securities

What you will do
  • Market & Trend Analysis:
    • Conduct in-depth analysis of the securities industry, market dynamics, and customer behaviors to identify new business opportunities.
    • Develop comprehensive business cases that outline problems, opportunities, and strategic directions for the company.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with internal teams and other business units to define and gather business requirements.
    • Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to develop and improve securities products, ensuring they meet market needs and align with strategic objectives.
    • Support daily operations by providing guidance and solutions to ensure efficient workflow and seamless execution of initiatives.
    • Track and monitor the successful implementation of new initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals and delivering measurable impact.
  • Performance Monitoring:
    • Develop and maintain automated dashboards to track and analyze key performance metrics.
    • Provide regular reporting and performance updates to stakeholders, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
  • Data Analysis & Recommendations:
    • Analyze complex data sets to uncover insights and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
    • Support strategic planning and operational efficiency by offering data-backed solutions and improvement strategies.
  • Pricing Strategy:
    • Suggest and evaluate pricing policies for business activities based on cost structure, market intelligence, estimated demand, and data analytics.
  • Project & Initiative Management:
    • Lead projects related to customer segmentation, user acquisition, engagement, retention, and reporting standardization.
    • Handle ad-hoc reporting and analysis tasks as needed to support various business functions.
What you will need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably in the securities or financial services industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
  • Experience with performance monitoring, dashboard development, and strategic planning.
