Senior Team Leader – Growth

What you will do
  • Strategic planning:
    • Conduct thorough market analyses to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and potential customer segments, leveraging insights to define specific growth opportunities
    • Establish clear, measurable goals for growth initiatives, including revenue targets, customer acquisition metrics, and retention rates, while developing action plans and timelines to achieve these objectives.
    • Foster a culture of innovation within the team by encouraging the testing of new ideas and approaches to growth, such as product enhancements, new pricing models, or targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Campaign Management:
    • Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of cross-sell campaigns across various channels (out-app, in-app, etc.).
    • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and adjust strategies to ensure optimal results.
    • Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop compelling messaging and offers that resonate with target audiences.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
    • Utilize data analytics tools to track user behavior, segment customers, and measure the effectiveness of cross-sell initiatives.
    • Use A/B testing and other methodologies to continuously improve campaign performance.
    • Provide regular reports and insights to senior management, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
    • Collaborate with product teams to ensure cross-sell offers are seamlessly integrated into the user experience.
    • Work with the Customer Services and Customer Insights teams to gather feedback and ensure customer satisfaction with cross-sell efforts.
    • Present strategies, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
What you will need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field. 
  • 5+ years of experience in user growth, marketing, or related roles, with a strong focus on cross-sell strategies.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing teams, with a track record of driving successful growth initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Creative thinker with a strong customer-centric mindset and the ability to develop innovative growth strategies.
