As a Product Executive in the P2P Social Payment team, you will enhance the user experience of money transfers between wallets and banks. Your focus will be on developing features that improve transaction ease, increase engagement, and leverage social connections to drive adoption and trust, creating a more connected ecosystem.

Product Strategy & Execution:
- Collaborate with Product & Business Managers to define the roadmap for P2P social payment features.
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle: from ideation, design, development, to launch and post-launch optimization.
- Integrate social elements into payment experiences, making money transfers more fun, engaging, and meaningful.
User Research & Engagement:
- Conduct user research to understand how users interact with each other and with money within social contexts.
- Identify opportunities to leverage social connections to drive payment adoption and frequency.
- Design features that encourage users to share payment experiences, fostering a sense of community.
Payment Optimization:
- Streamline the P2P payment process, making it fast and intuitive.
- Explore innovative payment methods and technologies that enhance the social payment experience.
- Implement features that promote trust and security in P2P transactions.
Data-Driven Insights:
- Define and track key metrics to measure product success and user engagement.
- Analyze user behavior and transaction data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Use data to make product decisions and prioritize features to development.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Business, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure seamless product delivery.
- Partner with other Business teams & Division to cross sell and develop bundling features.
What you will need

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- 2+ years of experience in product management or product development, preferably in fintech, social networking, or payments.
- Deep understanding of social networking dynamics and user behavior.
- Strong knowledge of payment technologies and trends.
- Proven ability to launch successful products and features.
- Data-driven and analytical mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for innovation and creating delightful user experiences.
