What you will do
- Perform reception of guests and business partners coming to work at the Company;
- Provide logistics for Events and meetings: schedule and organize meetings/events, provide tea breaks and other administrative tasks;
- Provide life service for employees in the office: Catering, Health care, office services (stationery, namecard…) and other value-added services;
- Logistics for business trips: prepare and submit for a visa, book flights, book accommodation, arrange transportation according to Business Travel Policy;
- Perform rituals and ceremonies- Annual Purchasing corporate gift for Company: Tet, Mid Autumn…;
- In charge of making disbursements within scope of work- Weekly and monthly reports to Team Leader & Manager;
- Other tasks as assigned by Team Leader & Manager;
What you will need
- Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Office Administration, Law, Accounting…;
- Necessary experience: at least 2 – 3 years of experience in a similar position;
- Equipment skills required:
- Have good communication skills;
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks;
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work processes;
- Experience in welcome VIP guests, arrange business trip (visa/air ticket/ transportation…);
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word);
- Required foreign language: English from 500 Toeic or higher (or equivalent);
- Personal personality:
- Honesty, Careful;
- Extrovert, sociable, agile.
