This position contributes to the enhancement of employee skills, mindset, and performance while promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth.
What you will do
- Conduct training courses to upskill the employees:
- Propose the design and work with external providers or collaborate with internal subject matter experts to develop curriculum of courses, addressing skill gaps of employees;
- Plan, execute, and evaluate training sessions, ensuring effective content delivery and engaging participant experiences;
- Develop engaging internal talks and workshops on topics related to mindset and knowledge sharing to foster a culture of curiosity and learning;
- Lead communication activities for learning engagement:
- Develop and execute communication approaches to promote learning opportunities, resources, and success stories;
- Utilize various communication channels to enhance visibility and engagement in L&OD initiatives;
- Run Performance Management Process and Tool:
- Implement the performance management process, ensuring its effectiveness across divisions;
- Manage the performance management tool, providing support and guidance to employees and managers;
- Analyze and derive insights from performance evaluation results to help uplift the organization performance;
- Assist Talent Development Initiatives:
- Support the building of career paths and competency models to foster talent development and retention;
- Collaborate with managers to identify employee development needs and suggest suitable learning interventions, assist employees in accessing relevant training resources and opportunities;
What you will need
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field;
- 3+ years of experience in Learning & Organization Development or related HR roles;
- Understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and core competencies. Familiarity with performance management and talent development is a plus;
- Experience in end-to-end delivery of training courses or workshops;
- Quick learner and result-driven mindset with strong willingness to try new things, especially which has no precedent;
- Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across the organization;
- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data for improvement.
