What you will do
- Strategic planning:
- Conduct thorough market analyses to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and potential customer segments, leveraging insights to define specific growth opportunities
- Establish clear, measurable goals for growth initiatives, including revenue targets, customer acquisition metrics, and retention rates, while developing action plans and timelines to achieve these objectives.
- Foster a culture of innovation within the team by encouraging the testing of new ideas and approaches to growth, such as product enhancements, new pricing models, or targeted marketing campaigns.
- Campaign Management:
- Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of cross-sell campaigns across various channels (out-app, in-app, etc.).
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and adjust strategies to ensure optimal results.
- Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop compelling messaging and offers that resonate with target audiences.
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Utilize data analytics tools to track user behavior, segment customers, and measure the effectiveness of cross-sell initiatives.
- Use A/B testing and other methodologies to continuously improve campaign performance.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with product teams to ensure cross-sell offers are seamlessly integrated into the user experience.
- Work with the Customer Services and Customer Insights teams to gather feedback and ensure customer satisfaction with cross-sell efforts.
- Present strategies, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
What you will need
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in user growth, marketing, or related roles, with a strong focus on cross-sell strategies.
- Proven experience in leading and managing teams, with a track record of driving successful growth initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Creative thinker with a strong customer-centric mindset and the ability to develop innovative growth strategies.
